Superluminescent Diodes

Since 1992, Superlum has been manufacturing high quality superluminescent diodes (SLDs).

Our main products are SM fiber pigtailed SLD modules in different spectral bands from 650 nm to 1620 nm. We manufacture cooled (with cooler and thermistor) and uncooled modules for different applications such as fiber-optic gyros, OCT, testing of fiber-optic components, optical metrology, and a lot of others. Additionally, we offer free-space SLD modules, mainly for atomic force microscopy, but also for speckle-free illumination, white-light interferometry, optical tests and measurements, and other applications.
