1、General
JF-H620 handheld optical power meter is a newly developed optical power testing instrument, which according to customer’s requirements and combines characteristics at home and abroad. It has large screen liquid crystal display and optional automatic off function which features accurate, durable, portable design test instruments designed for the installation, construction and maintenance of optical fiber network. It also has flexible outline, super wide measurement range, accurate testing and self-calibrated function and general connector designation.

2. Instruction:
2.1 Wavelength range
formulate a standard wavelength range from λ min to λ max. Optical power meter during this wavelength range can operate under specified specification.
2.2 Power measurement range
can measure biggest power meter range under specified specification.
2.3 Uncertainty
the error between a certain testing result and a standard testing result.

5. Operation instruction
5.1 On/off
5.1.1 Press , LCD display, power on finished.
5.1.2 Long press (about 3s), optical power meter will be closed.
5.2 Absolute power meter measurement
5.2.1 Open optical power meter
5.2.2 Setting wavelength range, choose measurement wavelength by λ button.
5.2.3 Access testing light ,the screen display present test value, including linear and no linear value of absolute power meter.
5.3 Relative power meter measurement
5.3.1 Setting measurement wavelength
5.3.2 In absolute optical power meter measurement mode, access testing light, can get present power meter value. Press REF, present power meter will become reference value. (in dBm as a unit), then display present absolute power meter value and relative power meter value is 0dBm.
5.3.3 Access another testing light, display absolute power meter and relative power meter.
5.4 Special function
JF-H620optical power meter has two operation mode: operation mode and calibrated mode, always in operation mode.
5.4.1 Calibrated mode
press λ+ HOLD, in calibrated mode, top right corner display letter “C”. If you press λ+ HOLD again, it will quit calibrated mode and turn into operation mode, top right corner will display none.
